It doesn't solve the actual underlying problem, but you can enter the definitions in Anki. I bet you'll be able to memorize all of them after 30 days like a law or medical student. Okay, it's a stupid idea, stop laughing... But seriously, if you decide it's worth your life to spend 10 minutes each day for a month to memorize the stupid commands of a dotfile manager, it really works. I had some success on remembering Vim movement commands.
